Why we started Site2Site Transport Services
Site2Site Transport Services started in 2020 in rural Mississippi, where founder Altamese Walls watched her community go without something most people never have to think about: a reliable way to get to the medical appointments that keep you alive. Dialysis, treatment, follow-ups after surgery. If you didn't have a car or someone to drive you, you simply missed them. After a vivid dream about how to solve it, Altamese decided to be the answer herself, and built Site2Site around one promise: meet the need, exceed the expectation.
Today Site2Site carries riders door to door across the Memphis Mid-South, from Millington to Marshall County, with excellence and compassion in everything we do, from site to site. It's still a personal company at its core: an owner who built the business herself, and a team of certified drivers who treat every rider the way they'd want their own family treated. That's not a slogan. It's how the company runs.

Every driver is CPR, AED, and First-Aid certified and trained for the specific needs of medical passengers, with a HIPAA-trained team behind them.

Pickup times are confirmed ahead of the ride and tracked against the schedule, not left to chance.
